Products
We typically go (in US sizing) from a 28 to 38 for men and a 24 to 34 for women. Our expertise is primarily in men's styles, but we aspire to expand our range of sizes and fits, especially for women, to accommodate all body types.
Our jeans are intentionally long to fit people of all sizes, whether you're tall or short.
We do not offer discounts on our products. Our goal is to produce better quality, more resistant, durable and ethical items. We rely on French and European know-how and local production. We do not offer discounts on our prices, whatever the time of year, because we believe that our prices are fair. However, we have our "denim days". Once a year we sell our old collections as well as our second-choice products at reduced prices.

We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 and Saturday all day from 10:00 to 19:00. You will find our opening hours and contact details on the "Contact" page of our website.

You can check out our dedicated article on this topic or use our size guide by measuring a pair of jeans that fits you perfectly. If you have any doubts about the size, don't worry: after placing your order you can always return the jeans to us for free for an exchange.
No, no extra charge is charged. The choice of cutting and hemming our jeans to your measurements is part of the services we offer online and in our store in Nîmes. Please note that an altered product will not be exchanged or refunded.
Orders
You have the possibility to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation. We recommend that you contact our team by phone or email to inform us of your wish to modify or cancel.
To ensure that your order has been correctly recorded, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive a notification, we encourage you to contact us by email or telephone.
In France, you should receive your order approximately 48-72 hours after order confirmation. For international deliveries, delivery times generally vary from 4 to 7 days depending on your country of residence.
Payment
We accept payments by credit card and PayPal. All credit cards are accepted when paying online.
All payments are secured through our online payment system, as well as the 3D Secure system. When paying, you will receive a validation code by SMS from your bank to secure the transaction made with your bank card.
Whether you order online or in store, you will automatically receive the invoice by email. The invoice will include the product name, the price excluding taxes, VAT and the price including all taxes (TTC). To receive the invoice, make sure to provide us with a valid email address.
The amount of your order will be debited immediately at the time of ordering. You will then receive an invoice by email to confirm payment and the details of your product. Delivery will be made within 48 hours after confirmation of the size or within a maximum of 4 weeks in the case of a special order. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Delivery
The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days in France and 5 business days internationally. You can request your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package in real time.
We offer international shipping, regardless of your residence. We encourage you to educate yourself on customs procedures and taxes applicable in your country of residence.
You have the choice between collecting your order in store in Nîmes or opting for delivery to a relay point or to your home anywhere in France.
To track the status of your order, ask us for your parcel tracking number. You can contact us by email or phone to obtain this number.
If you have not received your package, please contact us by email or phone. We will check the manufacturing and delivery status of your package, and inform you of its status. If necessary, we will resolve any technical delivery issues.
Returns and Refunds
If the size of the jeans does not fit you, please send us an email with photos of the product worn. We will evaluate the difference between the size of the jeans received and the size that fits you, and then we will contact you by phone or email to discuss the size to send you.
Yes, you can make an exchange by returning the product (unwrinkled, unworn and unwashed) to our address at 2 rue Auguste Pelet, 30000 Nîmes and informing us of the reasons for the exchange, either by inserting a note in the box or by sending us an email. All instructions relating to the exchange procedure are available on our website.
If the replacement product is in stock, you should receive it within 48 hours after we receive your return in our store.
To request a refund, simply contact us by email and inform us of your request. If you made an online payment by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the card or account you used when paying. No RIB is required for the refund.
Workshop
Exceptionally we do visits during the European Heritage Days. Other appointments can be made. You can make your requests at the address: contact@ateliersdenimes.com
Gift cards
Yes, we offer gift cards.
You can use our gift card online or in store by giving us the promo code on the gift card. This card is valid for one year.
Contact a member of our team by phone or email and check the validity period of your gift card, which is limited to 1 year.
The gift card is not divisible, you must use the amount of your gift card when making your purchase.
