What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

In France, you should receive your order approximately 48-72 hours after order confirmation. For international deliveries, delivery times generally vary from 4 to 7 days depending on your country of residence.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have the possibility to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation. We recommend that you contact our team by phone or email to inform us of your wish to modify or cancel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “T&C”) govern all sales of products made through the website Ateliers de Nîmes (the “Website”) by SARL ATELIERS DE NÎMES (the “Seller”) to consumers and non-professional buyers (the “Customer”).

Placing an order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of consultation by the Customer, subject to availability.

Each product is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€).

For deliveries within the European Union, prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through the Website. An order becomes final once the Customer has:

selected the products,
validated the shopping cart,
provided the required information,
completed the payment.

An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Article 5 – Payment methods

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card and cryptocurrency payments, via secure online payment solutions available on the Website.

All transactions are secured using encryption protocols compliant with current standards.

Article 6 – Delivery, withdrawal right and returns

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.

Deliveries are available in France, the European Union, and internationally (outside the EU).

Delivery times are indicative only. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

European Union (EU)

For deliveries within the European Union, prices are VAT included and no customs duties apply.

Local taxes may nevertheless be required depending on the legislation of the destination country.

Outside the European Union (International orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, products are sold at a price identical to the VAT-included price applied within the EU.

This price is a flat price, independent of the tax and customs regulations applicable in the destination country.

The Customer is informed that customs duties, local taxes, import VAT and clearance fees may be requested by the authorities of the destination country.

Such charges are not the responsibility of the Seller and remain entirely payable by the Customer, both in terms of declaration and payment.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any delay, blockage or return of a parcel resulting from the Customer’s refusal or failure to pay such charges.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, including for international orders.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Article 7 – Legal warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French law.

Article 8 – Proof and records

Computerized records stored in the Seller’s information systems shall constitute proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

Article 9 – Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products.

In any event, the Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of Ateliers de Nîmes.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 11 – Personal data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

In accordance with GDPR regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.

Article 12 – Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be submitted via the contact form available on the Website.

In accordance with French consumer law, the Customer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediation service.

Article 13 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
