In the final phase of our manufacturing process, washing is the last step after the assembly of the fabric coupons. It fixes the colors, gives the canvas a softer feel, and therefore offers greater comfort to our pieces.
For the record, once sewn, our jeans travel a few more kilometers (very few!) to go to a neighboring workshop for a proper wash. In this factory, which obviously works with respect for the environment, the pants are either washed with organic enzymes or with ozone. These finishing processes allow for considerable water savings as well as reduced use of solvents, to offer you jeans of impeccable quality, from A to Z.
The ingredients of an exceptional pair of jeans
For each stage of manufacturing our pants, from the choice of cotton to the washing, our decisions are always motivated by the search for quality, respect for the environment and people.
A double twisted thread
In addition to giving more strength and therefore more durability to our denim, the use of a twisted thread saves 75% of water compared to classic jeans.
